My bump fitness classes are all low impact and suitable for different fitness levels in all trimesters
The goal within fitness when expecting is to keep you fit and healthy including exercises that will promote good posture and specific pregnancy abdominal exercises . These will keep your deep core muscles strong, prevent diastasis recti and help your pelvic floor.
All classes are currently on Zoom
Every Friday, 6:30pm – 7:30pm
First session is free, after that it’s £6 a session or £30 for a block of 6
