Are you 6+ weeks post natal and looking to get back into fitness? This class consists of exercises suitable for post natal women, including strength exercises for legs, mobility exercises to promote good posture and core exercises specifically for your body post baby, and lots of advice is given on what to do/ what to avoid when working out

“Can I bring my baby to post natal classes?”
Yes of course! We don’t incorporate babies during exercises (such as using them as weights) however if you need to bring your little one along that’s absolutely fine!
